 Thai massage is also called Thai Yoga massage, because the therapist uses their hand, thumbs,knees, elbows, and  feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Shiatsu meaning "finger presser". The therapist will use their palms, fingers, thumbs,elbows, knees and the feet, to work on the body's acupuncture points, along what they consider the body's meridians or energy channels. It helps to balance a person energy flow,  and strengthen the vital organs.

 In Swedish massage the goal is relaxing the entire body and this is accomplished by using hands, palms, firm kneading, and long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.  Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage but the pressure will generally be more intense.

 In Hot Stone Therapy specially selected heated stones are used to massage the body ,providing a nurturing and enhanced therapeutic effect. The smooth basalt stones have a high iron content ,enabling them to retain heat . The stones are applied at varying degrees of heat,wet, onto an oiled body and the effect is similar to a combination of sauna and massage ,without having to breathe in steam . our massages includes Hot Stone Therapy.
